The logistics industry is one of the most important sectors in China, with a significant impact on economic growth and development. This study aims to investigate the impact of logistics management and supply chain optimization on Vargas' Assist Statistics at Shanghai Port. Methodology This study uses a mixed-methods approach consisting of quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews with Vargas' Assist Statistics team members. The quantitative data were obtained through surveys and focus groups, while the qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews.
